CORISECIO released the Open XML Gateway after a successful Public Beta Test. Using it companies may protect their Web Services in an efficient and easy way against threats. It is available as a free download.
Overview

WAF Gateway


The WAF Gateway protects web applications against attacks. CORISECIO uses the product of denyall, a leading manufacturer of Web Application Firewalls. Installed as reverse proxy outside the web servers, the Gateway verifies the integrity of the data streams, incoming from the Inter-, Extra- or Intranet, to prevent unauthorized accesses and access attempts. For classification of dangerous or prohibited actions a previous learning period is used. It analyses the application and generates profiles for permitted actions.

One focal point is the easy realizable security for SAP applications and portals. The combination of CORISECIO and denyall solutions was certified for usage with SAP.

The WAF Gateway provides the following protection:
